In accordance with Article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1.999 issued on December 13th about "Protection of Personal Nature Data", Energias Renovables e Innovacion de Sistemas, S.L. inform you that personal nature data handled by us as a consequence of the existing trade relationship, including contact data from certain employees of your company -something we kindly ask you to communicate them- shall be included in the General Customer File of this company with the purpose of having them available according to the fiscal legislation and to the trade relationship, restricting their use to the administration and trade activities.
